Karla Kimmey has been active in dogs since 1977. Her first dog, Sasha, a Siberian Husky, opened the doors to the world of dogs, and Karla stepped through. Karla has titled dogs in three countries in obedience and conformation. She is currently obsessed with agility and is enjoying running her Jack Russell Terrier, MACH Zoe and her new Border Collie, Kash (Hidden Valley Dancin' In The Dark). Troy (Wayfarer Kelly's Flame, CDX, MX, MXJ, AXP, MXP2, EAC-V, EAJ-V), while retired from active competition, still hangs out at every agility lesson.

Karla teaches agility at her facility, Hanalei Training Center, and also hosts the occasional agility seminar. Larry Kimmey actively supports Karla and her involvement in dogs. They currently share their home with 6 dogs, 4 cats, assorted sheep and 1 bird.

Together, Karla and Larry’s goal is to provide fast, personalized service to our customers and to bring you new and innovative products from around the world, as well as products they have created themselves.
